Job Description
Cascade Charter Township is accepting applications for the position of Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer. Under the direction of the Director of Building Inspections, the Building Inspector/Plan Reviewer is responsible for reviewing applications and plans and inspect building construction throughout the Township’s jurisdiction for code compliance.

High School diploma (minimum 18 years of age)

State of Michigan Registration as a code official or ability to acquire registration.

Commercial inspection experience preferred.

Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
Salary is up to $67,049 to $91,792 based on qualifications and experience; with comprehensive benefits (following a 90-day probationary period).
