Cascade Township's Board of Trustees adopted a new Zoning Ordinance on February 11, 2026. Subsequently, a petition was filed to place that ordinance on the ballot during the August 4, 2026 election. While this multi-step process continues to unfold,the original Zoning Ordinance remains in effect.
