
Kent County Road Commission 2025 Improvements
Location: Various streets throughout the Township
Estimated Completion: Fall 2025
Funding Source: Funded by the Township General Fund and Kent County Road Commission
The Kent County Road Commission works with Township Staff to develop a road improvement plan each year and have have planned the following for 2025:
November 2025 Update: Due to initial road improvements for 2025 coming in under budget, the Township was able to add the following additional road repavement sections to the 2025 project.
- Oak Terrace Ct: Woodbrook Dr to road end
- Ridgemont Ct: Woodbrook Dr to road end
- Sandy Ln Ct: Sandy Ln Dr to road end
- Sandy Ln Dr: Woodbrook Dr to road end
- Tricklewood Dr: Woodbrook Dr to Tricklewood Ct
- Woodbrook Dr: Burger Dr to road end
The start date for milling is November 4th/5th, weather permitting. Base course is scheduled to take place November 6th/7th, raise casting November 10th, and top course on November 11th/12th.

Scope of Work: Cold milling 28th Street to a depth of 2” and paving back with a fiber reinforced HMA mix followed by permanent pavement markings. This project will be completed while maintaining two-way traffic for the duration of project.
