Kimes, a Michigan native now based in Nashville, has been turning heads across the country. Her 2022 self-titled debut album was voted Listener’s Choice Album of the Year by WYCE Radio, and in 2024 she released her viral hit “Coors Light.” NPR Music recently named her one of the Top Ten Nashville Artists on the Rise.
“It’s the early marks of a great Americana storyteller-in-the-making, cut from a cloth reminiscent of contemporary roots heroes like Lucinda Williams,” wrote Johnathan Frahm of For Folk’s Sake.
Backed by a full band, Kimes offers a spirited live show with rich alt-country tones, timeless lyrics, and what critics have called a “tireless voice” leading the way.
