Under the directions of the Township Manager, the Planning Director is responsible for overseeing all Township Planning, including the creations and implementation of the Master Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
The Planning Department is responsible for all Land Use reviews, approvals, and enforcement. Staff members provide professional assistance and technical reviews for all private developments throughout the Township.
